PRE-SESSION
Before your Senior Session, we will help you figure out all the things - the shoot date and time, shoot location, wardrobe, hair & makeup, and even what props to bring.
SESSION DAY
On your Senior Session Day, the only thing you'll really have to di is show up! Our glam and photography team will take care of you! Just bring your playlist, and we'll be good to go!
POST-SESSION
A few weeks after your Senior Session, we will meet again so we can rant and rave about how fabulous your images were! Then, we'll choose your favs and place your custom order!

On the day of you Senior Session, all you really have to do is show up!
- Your wardrobe stylist will have all types of dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, and accessories waiting for you to make your final selections.
- Your hair stylist will chat with you about the hairstyle(s) that's going to work best with your wardrobe selections.
- Your makeup artist will have an array of palettes ready to create a custom look for you.
- Your photographer will be getting your set ready and making sure you are receiving the Red Carpet Treatment!

Book your senior session at least 2-3 months in advance. We only schedule 4 sessions per month, so guarantee your spot by booking early!

Start pinning and prepping! We'll set up a Pinterest board for inspiration and send you some amazing resources to help you get ready...just one more homework assignment!

On the day of your Senior Session, you'll get all glammed up and become the star of the day!

Let the fun begin! We will begin the Senior Session choosing locations based on your looks. We'll start with your absolute favorite look first and work our way through your custom wardrobe:)

About 2-3 weeks after your Senior Session, we will meet for your gallery viewing and ordering session! Mom, bring the kleenex!

Q: How soon should I book my Senior Session?
A: You should book your Senior Session at least 2-3 months in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, you can book even earlier.
Q: What if I have a zit on the day of my session?
A: If you wake up to a zit on the day of your session, don't worry! We can edit that blemish on every image you order!
Q: Will you show me how to pose?
A: Yes, we will! We know it can be a bit awkward if it's your first shoot, but we will be there to guide you through. We will also have some poses pinned on your Pinterest Board that we can easily reference.
Q: Does the session include digital images?
A: The session only includes digital copies of the images you order. For example, if you order Image #2024 as a framed 11x14 print, you will also receive the digital copy of Image #2024.
Q: What should I wear for my Senior Session?
A: We want you to step outside of the box for your Senior Session, so we will talk in great detail about your looks! You will meet at least 2 new BFFs - the wardrobe stylist and Pinterest!
Q: Can I bring my family and friends with me?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We actually recommend bringing family and friends. It's always nice to have your home team there to cheer you on throughout the day!
Q: How long will it be before I can see my images?
A: You will be able to view your gallery about 2-3 weeks after your session! This is will also be the time to place your order!
Q: What products are available?
A: We offer traditional, canvas, metal, and framed prints. We design thank you cards and graduation announcements. And one of our most popular products is the CUSTOM FOLIO BOOK that makes for a perfect and timeless keepsake!
Q: Where are the best places to shoot?
A: Your shoot locations must work with your looks, so we will give you some ideas based on your vision. We typically shoot at the studio, at your school, or at a location of your choice.
Q: Can I take behind-the-scenes pictures?
A: Of course! We LOVE it when our clients take their own behind-the-scenes pictures and tag us in the photos! It's the perfect way to showcase your full experience!
Q: How much do the sessions cost?

Laquanda Bruce Photography's Senior Ambassador model search is underway! Laquanda is seeking male and female ambassadors from various schools in Montgomery, Birmingham and surrounding areas to act as model representatives. Senior Ambassadors do their very best to represent Laquanda Bruce Photography all throughout their senior year. A senior ambassador's main goal is to encourage classmates, friends, and seniors to book their senior photo session with Laquanda Bruce Photography! It's a wonderful opportunity and experience to add to your senior year.
Senior Ambassadors are our exclusive spokesmodels (marketing reps). This program works for those who are heavily involved in their school, have a large social media base, and love taking photos. It all starts with your Senior Photography Session and continues through your senior year. As a Senior Ambassador, your Senior Photography Session will be shot in the studio and/or on location and typically runs 1-2 hours. We'll work with you on posing and wardrobe selection to create truly amazing images we're sure you will love to show off!! After your session, we'll choose rep images for you to post to your social media sites (Instagram and TikTok). Additionally, we'll tag you with studio branded (watermarked) photos for social media posts.
Then, you help us! All you have to do as a Senior Ambassador is represent Laquanda Bruce Photography on social media, as well as in your school, and tell your friends about us. Tell your friends how much fun you had and what your experience was like working with Laquanda. We want you to encourage them to choose Laquanda Bruce Photography for their Senior Portraits. As you refer your friends, they'll let us know you referred them, and each referral could earn you images, more sessions, and maybe even some cash (or a gift card that spends like cash)!
